From First Call to Finished Floor
Every project follows the same process. No shortcuts, no assumptions. We assess, prepare, execute, and clean up — so the next trade walks onto a floor that's genuinely ready.
Site Assessment
We inspect your slab, assess the condition, and understand what finish or next trade is required. Then we provide a clear, fixed-price quote — typically same day.
Surface Preparation
Tile removal, adhesive grinding, coating removal, or levelling — whatever your slab needs before the main grind. We don’t skip this step.
Grinding & Finishing
Diamond grinding with the correct tooling sequence for your finish. Coarse grind through to honed or polished — with dust extraction running the entire time.
Handover
We clean up completely. No dust, no debris, no mess. Your slab is ready for the next trade, the next coat, or the furniture to go back on.
